Deep Relaxation
Almost every problem I have dealt with over the years, has included some degree of physical and mental tension, stress and anxiety. Sometime the tension ect is the cause of the problem, sometimes it is a result of the problem.
Simply learning to be relaxed is something that can help with just about any siutuation, and paves the way for any more specific improvements you might choose to make.
This 30 minute recording, uses a technique called ‘progressive muscle relaxation’ which will help to put your body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. The benefits of this relaxation, will initially stay with you for a short time afterwards.
With repeated regular use, the benefits build up day by day, and the relaxation stays with you for longer and longer.
Eventually being calm and relaxed in all situations becomes the norm, helping you in everything you do.
This style of relaxation does not rely on hypnosis, but relaxation is one way that people use to enter the hypnotic state. So you will most likely drift into hypnosis towards the end of the recording, and this is a bonus.
Once you have learned to relax using this recording, you will find it much easier to respond well to hypnosis recordings.
